We can ship worldwide; the most usual method is shipped by international EMS.

Your package is delivered to you by the Express Shipping Agency. Our default express method is EMS, and we have a contract with International EMS, so we can assure you the cheapest Freight. 
 
For Standard Rate Shipping, we ship your package by Express Mail Service (EMS ), which takes 25-45 business days to almost any country in the world.
 
Processing Time & Insurance:
Our processing time is 1-7 business days after your payment, tracking number will be provided after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save money.
 
Generally, after we confirm your full payment, your package will be shipped out within 1-4 days. It takes 15-25 working days to deliver to Singapore, Japan, North America, UK, Australia and New Zealand by Fedex, 20-40 days around by EMS.
 
Estimated Time of delivery  depends on your location and the Customs processing situation. For some outlying districts, the delivery time may be delayed a few days.
  
We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

Shipping Rates:
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
a) Weight and dimensions of package
b) The destination country or region
c) Shipping methods
 
Delivery Guarantee:
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or freezed by copyright issues. We will reship once again. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Orders shipment May Be Delayed or can not be sent out for the Following Reasons:
-Wrong or Unspecific address you provided us.
-Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
-A product is currently out of stock.
-An order which requires special customization.
-An order is shipped to a special location
-:Lack of flights in a certain period.
 
General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability
You (or the consignee) must accept delivery of the goods and with any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.
 
If the delivery fails because:
>you were not at home or the courier could not contact you
>the delivery details were wrong
>the recipient fails to accept the goods
>the courier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods
>the courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address
>delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc
>other similar scenarios beyond our control

Shipping Tips:
After we shipped your package, we will email you the tracking number. Usually you can track your package on the internet in the next 24-72 hours. If you can not track your package on the internet (tracking links) after 3 working days, we suggest you email our customer service immediately. And we will try our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
 
If you have not received your package in 30 days, please also inform our sales, we will check what happened and help you out. If the package is lost, we will resend the package soon.
 
Lead Time:
"Lead Time" on the site means: the time interval between the time we received your full payment to the time we ship out your package from our warehouse.
 
Please kindly note the lead time below:
The lead time for sheepskin boots usually takes 3-4 working days;
The lead time for CL shoes and other designer high heels usually takes 2-3 working days.
 
Customs Process:
All the packages sent to you are international packages, so certainly all the packages have to be processed by your country’s Custom. While you track the package online, Track Results may show that: “Your item was inbound into Customs”, there's no need to worry, it's a normal situation. Generally after one work day, the Track Results will show that:” Your Item was inbound out of Customs”. In some rare situations, the Custom process may cost one week. But finally, your package will be “Inbound out of Customs”, and en route to your address.
 
what is shipping insurance:
it ONLY be effectuated once if your package is lost or seized by your local Customs.
After we confirm you didn't receive your package by the above two causes, we can resend your commodity at once. But if your package is still lost, we CAN NOT resend your package twice, please understand.
This insurance can't ensure your package cleared your local Customs. If your package is seized by Customs, Please don't worry, we suggest you contact our sales right away, after we confirm the fact, we can resend your commodity. If you don't need us to resend the package, we also can repay you if you ask.
