RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on our website and app. We're committed to providing customers with the most delightful shopping experience possibly. We're always available and happy to help with any questions. If you need to request a refund, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery or the latest estimated delivery date.


We accept returns for the following only:

• Items quality problems which caused by our Distribution Center. For example hole in the shirt, high heel's broken. anything like these returns must be made in 7 days after you receive our package.

• Please choose size carefully for you want when you purchase clothes ,shoes. We don't accept the returns for size problems.

• The items you receive are not as described. If the items you received are not the ones you ordered, we accept this return in 3 days after you receive the items.

How does the return policy work?

To start a return, please go to the order details page, click the “REQUEST REFUND” when the order status is “Received” and fill all the information needed. We will process your refund application as soon as possible upon your request.

• Customers may request a refund on an order within 7 days of delivery or the latest estimated delivery date.

• Our team strives to respond to all requests within 24 hours or less. We're always available to help!

• Once an order has been placed, you may cancel any item in your order in the Order History section before it is shipped.

• After an item has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• Before returning, please take a shot and contact us, then we will send you our full address to help you finish return.

• Ship by Universal Post(Regular mail service) . please query your local postal office, or you can choose any shipping company who work better for you if you agree to pay for return shipping fee.

• Returned shipping fee will be include with order price and fully refund to your account. or you can choose other method we can provide.

Your refund request may be denied if:

• It has been more than 7 days since items were delivered to you.

• The items were returned without having received the seller's address from our team.

• You are unable to provide a valid tracking number and the related information needed.

How and when will I get my refund?

• Refunds are processed by the original payment method which you choose

• Typically, it will take 14 business days at most, which depends on the bank you used. If you having trouble with your refund,  please contact with us and contact with your payment gateway for further assistance.
